Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MirzaSuno (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

Credits

Generating music consumes credits. New accounts receive a starting balance. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law. If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• impersonates a real artist's voice or likeness without permission;
• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content & ownership

You retain rights to the prompts and lyrics you submit. Ownership and permitted use of the generated audio are also subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider used to create it. When you mark a track public, you grant other users the ability to play it within the Service.

Service "as is"

The Service and AI-generated output are provided "as is" without warranties. AI output can be unpredictable; we do not guarantee it is original, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
