MirzaSuno ("we", "us") operates the MirzaSuno application and website (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights over your data.
Information we collect
- Account data: your email address and an encrypted password, used to sign you in and secure your account.
- Content you create: the prompts, lyrics, titles, and generated tracks you make in the Studio, plus their visibility (private or public).
- Usage data: credit balance and generation history needed to operate the credit system.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) used for security and rate limiting.
How we use your information
- To provide the Service — authenticating you, generating music, and storing your library.
- To prevent abuse (rate limiting and fraud prevention).
- To send essential account email (e.g. confirmation and password reset).
We do not sell your personal data or use your content to train our own models.
Third-party AI providers
When you generate a track, your prompt and lyrics are sent to the AI music provider you (or the administrator) selected, solely to produce your track. Each provider processes that request under its own privacy terms. We send only what is needed to fulfil the generation.
Data storage
Account data and content are stored using Supabase (Postgres + object storage). Audio you generate may be hosted on our storage or the provider's storage to enable playback. Access is restricted by row-level security so you can only see your own private content.
Your rights & account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, your songs, and your remaining credits. You may also request access to or correction of your data by contacting us.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
