Common questions
How do credits work?
Each generation costs a set number of credits. If a generation fails, those credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
My track won't generate
Make sure a model is selected and your prompt isn't empty. If you see a provider error, the music provider may be temporarily unavailable — try again shortly.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, songs, and credits.
Forgot your password?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email.
